Okay this one some of you will struggle with. It's not sweet. It tastes very clean, earthy, and I know that's not a vibe for everyone, but we're on a mission here people! Detox, cleanse and rejuvenate! Try yourself out. Again, in boredom portions, I'm still adjusting to real life.
You will need:
- 2 cups Curly Kale
- 1 cup chopped Strawberries
- 2 cups frozen Mango
- 1/2 cup Aloe Water
- 1 tsp Green Powder (mine is Wheatgrass and Spirulina)
Sprinkle with Hulled Hemp Seeds for fats and protein, Raw Pumpkin Seeds for crunch and extra fibre, and for shits and giggles, 2 chunks of freeze dried Mango (this comes in a packet, I don't have the equipment for this).
